Alessandro Baj Badino is a senior executive with over twenty years of experience across equity research, capital markets and investor relations. He began his career as an equity analyst covering Italian and European companies, before further strengthening his profile at Deutsche Bank, where he served as Director – Equity Research and was ranked the #1 analyst by Institutional Investor.

He later moved into corporate roles of increasing responsibility, serving as Head or Director of Investor Relations at listed companies and complex organizations including IGT/GTECH, Poste Italiane, Guala Closures and Antares Vision Group. In these roles, he supported CEOs and CFOs in managing relationships with institutional investors, market authorities, boards and rating agencies. His profile combines a strong equity research background with hands-on managerial experience in investor relations, corporate communications, ESG, extraordinary transactions and capital markets.
